RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Inventory
Booking process
- Enquiry sent with requested dates. (Or use instant CC booking online)
- Response made to the enquiry if needed & Any questions answered
- Booking made
- Rental contract signed
- Booking deposit taken by agreed payment method
- Confirmation that funds & contract have been received
- Calendar marked as “booked” for the dates specified
- Balance due at least 56 days prior to rental date
- Confirmation that final payment received
- Directions and key collection details sent
- Holiday enjoyed (We hope!)
- Departure, house cleaned, laundry done, keys returned
- Inventory done security deposits returned
- Gust book signed and review made on stay
Payment Terms
- Deposit of 25% required on booking
- Balance due 56 days prior to booking (if less it is due immediately)
- Breakage deposit of €100 refunded 14 days after stay
Charges for cancellations
- 8 weeks = deposit + 20%
- 6 weeks = deposit + 40%
- 4 weeks = deposit + 60%
- 2 weeks = deposit + 80%
- 1 weeks = deposit + 100%
Charges for making changes
- €100 for each change. Making alterations to a booking after it has
been confirmed is complex & time consuming. Please do not request
this unless it is absolutely essential. Note this fee will be waived if
you are increasing your stay & it does not clash with any other
dates
- €50 short stay supplement - We don't have a minimum stay however there is a short stay supplement of €50. The supplement only applies for stays of 3 nights or less. This is because the running costs for short stays are comparatively much higher (laundry, cleaning, airport transfers & broken weeks etc)
- €5 for additional guests for each night - €5 supplement per person (per night) if more than 2 people staying to cover the increased usage of water, electricity, gas, laundry, cleaning, airport transfers)
- 10% Discount if booking for 14 days or more
- 20% Discount if booking for 28 days or more
